I'll never spend money at Jack in the box again. I ordered about 30 dollars worth of food on the app only to get to the store for them to tell me they are out of everything. How could you be out of everything in your store? And to make matters worse they wouldn't give me a refund. They tell you to do it in the app. Well I've contacted them several times about it and they seem to not care. And you can't just get a refund in the app either. This is ridiculous how down hill this place has gone. I used to love Jack in the box

So first off, I ordered a loaded curly fry along with some other things. There was no problem until AFTER my payment was taken then their manager comes to the window to tell me that they don’t have the loaded curly fry and I was actually charged for some chicken basket with fries or something. Then I ask if I can have a refund and he tells me that my transaction didn’t go through, which wasn’t true because it reflected on my bank statement. So I ask if he can just give me something else instead of the loaded fry and he tries to charge us AGAIN for the full amount of the ticket which came up to be $16. So essentially wanted me to spend $30 on his mistake. His employee James kept trying to rectify the situation but was being stopped by the manager until eventually he let James hand us an order which still wasn’t what we ordered but it was better than nothing because I’m pregnant and needed to eat. I don’t even believe he was a real manager because he had no uniform on, smelled like weed, and his eyes were red.

I rolled up to the drive thru at 9pm. Asked for a munchie meal and they said they can’t do that, they said they were out? Idk what that means. Asked for tacos and they said they can’t do those because they’re frozen? I left immediately. Bye *I went to Taco Bell instead and it was way better food and service*

Second time in two weeks I have been disappointed with service at Jack in the Box at 2095 US 67 (Lindbergh) in Florissant. Last week they were short staffed and were only taking delivery orders (Grubhub and Door Dash). Today ordered tacos and sandwich for my husband. As they handed me my order, I asked if they gave me taco sauce? The young man replied, “we’re all out”. How do you sell tacos with no sauce. After arriving home, my husband empties the bag and finds all the ketchup stuck together and several packets appear to be opened. It’s as if they took them out of the trash!!! Last visit for us.
