Here I go with another issue when I log in to pay my rent. What is an MTM of $250 on my online statement? It's not on the paper statement & their homemade system will not allow payments less than the amount they have miscomputed.

Yea they told me it the MTM is month to month & i had to sign a new lease with new rent increase. Like how do they rebew a lease with an increase in the middle of a dang on current lease... I'm so done! Then had the nerve to say or I can move within the next 60 day... Wth! I'm done! This is my last year... Im outta here! I could have kept my home with these increases & fees. Not to mention I do all my own maintenance cause theirs "aint worth a damn."

Omfg yes they did the same thing to me. My lease run 9/15_9/14 why is there an additional fee of 250 both March and April I'm over it. Rent increase this year due to market increase and if you look up the city of Florissant market we are paying more than homeowners I hate this place, I have yet to see any improvements and from the looks of it I'm not alone. PMR Management needs to be sued this had to be a crime of some sort
