Good food and drinks. Seems like a very younger crowd after a certain time at night. Didn't like the fact there's a cover charge of $10 per person just to have a drink on the roof top.

Wings are good. Atmosphere is good aside from the cigar smoking on the rooftop deck which is horrible! Mixed drinks aren't that good either. They need actual bartenders

Yes, the bar upstairs is pretty quiet for a romantic dinner.
They have a DJ on the roof I believe but not sure about the main floor bar.

I don't think so. I was there for a friend's birthday, you get one waitress per section and they're usually very busy. You can try calling ahead and ask.
They have valet parking right in front. Easier to just do that.
Only Friday and Saturday during the summer, and only on the roof.
