I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot. It’s mediocre at best. Staff isn’t the best or friendly. I had some business with my sister and she came to meet me to go over some legal matters and this was around Aug 2021 during the plandemic. They kicked her out because she wasn’t a guest. Refused to let her meet me in my room! I guess Covid knows the difference if you pay for a room you’re safe but if you visit the room you are a contagion! I was to stay another day and I told the staff I’ll check out now. It’s ridiculous I can’t have a guest visit me. 3 star for a 3 star hotel is best I can do. It’s clean and convenient. It is better than most in the area.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! You'll regret it like i did. this hotel is overly priced for rooms that are far from adequately cleaned. my stay here cost $158 in total. come to find out i could have stayed at the crown plaza for $10 cheaper than this place. after I arrived and got to my room, the first thing i noticed was visibly soiled/stained blankets. after asking the front desk if I could get a new blanket i was told "It's just to protect the sheets, you'll just have to take it off and put it in the corner". the only reason I even gave them 1 star is because they showed up to my room to replace the blankets. also its incredibly dusty in here and smells like the rooms have been wet/have water damage. NEVER AGAIN!

Always heard how nice these hotels are. Never stayed in one before. Am in the area for a ball tournament. They did have a room available last minute which was a good deal. Got there late after a very long day of games. Exhausted none to say the least. When we walked in the room we were hit by a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Too tired to make a big deal out of get another room and so on. Afraid my clothes and item would smell of smoke the next day. Checked out fairly early for another long day of ball. Did not want to complain. However I did stop to inform the front desk just so we did not get blamed for it when they did decide to acknowledge it. Lady in front seemed very uncaring. Did not apologize or ask any questions. Shrugged her shoulders and said ok. Probably won’t come back. Wasn’t even the smell of smoke at that point it was the awkward and uncomfortable feeling from her.

What should’ve been an awful experience was actually an amazing one. We are in the midst of a cross country move and my partner booked our room for the wrong date. Mandy at the front desk was able to not only accommodate us and our large truck, but went truly above and beyond to make our stay memorable and allowed us to enjoy our trip. Mandy; thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Moving forward we will always prioritize choosing a La Quinta hotel.
