Ordered meals for pick up to be at 4:45. Arrived at 4:55. Had to wait 25 min. To finally receive the order. No apology. Was late delivering the meal. Will try one more time, but if I have to wait again, it will be my last.

Took 15 minutes for someone to take our order as a guy with a manager’s badge and wait staff stood behind a stand that said,” Gifts from the farm”. One waitress simply stood in front of the food window not waiting on guests. PFinally the oldest there, a gentleman spotted both us and another table being ignored. Soon we heard raised voices in the kitchen arguing. Now have been here 35 minutes and just getting our complex soup and salad, but no bread. Really!

We arrived at a good time, not very busy. Greeted and seated quickly. Drinks came quick and our server was attentive. That's all the good that came from this visit. The bacon displayed Sweet and Spicy was absolutely not what was pictured, it was bacon sitting in a pool of syrup and that's it. After a long wait, meals came. Absolutely terrible tasting. Chicken fried steak was burned, my honey chicken resembled a.catfish filled all rolled up and thin. My scrambled eggs we not real eggs and the hashbrowns...not good. I did enjoy the cappuccino. Thankfully, the manager didn't make us pay because we didn't eat but a few.bites.

I placed a door dash order and the driver called to inform they were out of banana bread, as a substitute they only claim the could offer biscuits (who wants biscuits in place of banana bread) also how do you run out of banana bread at noon? I requested to have the cinna-bread instead and they said “no, it’s too big of a price difference,” when the price difference is only .30 cent or so. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. I also think it started when I called after placing my order to ask for my sausage to be well done and the person answering said no, I have to take that up with door dash when there isn’t even a section to write that in there. I’m over this place, Something told me to order from Cracker Barrel instead. Customer service is much better

Seating is adequately spaced out; staff all wear masks, as do customers arriving, leaving, or moving around the retaurant, but not required at your table. Condiments are by request and not on your table. Indoor temperature is comfortably warm. We enjoyed a tasty meal and great time getting together with some friends here.
