There’s a Hispanic employee with light eyes (Central American) and the way she talks to people is belittling. There was a guy that was waiting for four hours already and she was so rude to him CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HER FORTE. The security guard highway patrol lady only heard half of what was going on and MADE THE GUY APOLOGIZE other wise she was going to send him home. When I got to the front of the line I had to speak up because she only saw 1 proof of address (you need 2) and the same lady was basically shooing me away saying I didn’t have the proper documentation. I got here at 8:30 and had my license by 12:30. Also if you’re going here just be aware they go to lunch from 11-2 so the line gets even slower!

It states its open on Saturdays at 8 and even a sign on the gate but theres a small paper on the gate saying its closed for labor day???? i dont understand everything says its open next time dont j decide to have a paper saying its closed i stayed from 4-7 waiting to see if anyone would come. Update your schedule before more people whine.
