I had a good experience with the Shade Store in Boston, so when I needed window treatments for a condo purchase in Miami I went to the store in Miami. I received prompt and thoughtful assistance from Karen Kennedy, who took the time to listen to what I had in mind and suggested various options. Ultimately, I went with a vertical panel shade system for the sliding glass doors from my living room to the balcony. The color selection for such a significant window treatment helped me unify the various elements to the room and I could not be happier. I am not in Miami all the time, so selecting a time for installation was a bit of a challenge but the Shade Store found a time that worked for me and the installer was prompt, courteous, careful, and meticulous. All in all, six stars on a scale of one to five!
