Is McDonald's what are you going to do I love their chocolate shakes but it's a rare occasion that I can go out there and get one when the machine is ACTUALLY working

How have you continued to be such an awful store with awful reviews and management or McDonaldsCorp. Not step in and fire them. Had a friend work there briefly, the managers went do their own jobs and there lil friends or picks dont have to either
