This company is a giant red flag and I wish I had listened to my intuition and to a colleague who entered with me when they offered me the job. I recommend that you investigate on Linkedin the people who work for this company (and for how long). They are simply not handled in a serious and morally appropriate manner. At Stafi, all our resources go through an extensive screening process that involve many interviews with our subject matter experts, psychological screening, local and global extensive background checks. After hired, we have a training program in place and a "graduation" that resources go through before they can me "matched" with a client. We carefully select and match the resources with client's needs, and wants. Due to this detailed oriented process, staff turnover is close to none.
