COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED OF THIS COMPANY, I bought a phone to my wife's birthday, the phone seemed very small, so we decided to change it, but at the store they did not want to help us, the worst part of the case was that we had someone speaking Hispanic, she did not want to help us so we decided to talk to the "manager" and the lady VERY GROSSLY answered "I do not speak Spanish" `to her surprise, we speak English, and we answered in English, but just as we IGNORE AND THE WORST OF THE MOMENT, is that this supposed "manager" was scraping a lottery ticket, and that apparently was MORE IMPORTANT THAN US, he scraped his ticket in front of us and then showed it to the girl who was attending saying " I lost again ... "and both laughed, ignoring our case and facing us as if we were painted in the store. We are really looking for an operator that will be better for us, if that is how they treat a client, imagine the possibilities for what they are not ..... Thanks for nothing.
