The staff were amazing, well the only two staffs( the manager and another rep.) that were there to help over 30 customers.They look overwhelmed and exhausted. The store is understaffed, should definitely consider adding more reps.

It's best to use the Tmobile App. Log in with your phone number or account info and you should see your bill. I'd you set auto pay the next and all future payments you get $5 off per line so maybe check that out too but if all else fails there team is pretty good and quick and may be able to charge you over the phone
I have no comment for this location...poor customer service there, I was a new customer and had to return 3 times after signing up for new service. Tmobile is an excellent company, however I went to another location on 130 and 7th ave ..then I was pleased!
