Worst customer service I've likely ever experienced. New phone and was told "figure it out or like...uh... call customer service" which I spent 2 hours on the phone with and nobody could help me!! Even asked for manager and that was a total waste of time!!

You must wear a mask and they have plexy glass between the customer and the reps they also provide hand sanitizer.
