I went there on July 16th to pay my bill. The online system was down, apparently just in Florida, so I went inside and attempted to talk to an associate...BIG MISTAKE😩. He was extremely rude, unconcerned and angry. I WILL be switching before the next payment is due.

I switched from boost to this ridiculous place. My brand new phone lost data on the way to 3 jobs which made me lose wages. It continues to drop data and the E911 will not take my home address. If I have any emergency, NO EMERGENCY VEHICLE will arrive because there is no address. The T metro app will not work because the phone won't support it? RIP OFF.
