This review is for Roz. Her customer service is outstanding! I had to return the car early and the location was closed. I arrived thinking there was a drop box for the key. I just happened to try the door and it was open. I let her know I was looking for a drop box and she told me that they didn't have one and that they were closed. She processed me out anyway, promptly and courteously! I will use this location again when I need it. Thanks Roz!

Employee added Insurance even when I said no to it, they I tried to fix it and manager didn’t want to help me. I payed 400 dollars even tho I got my car from my insurance. I don’t recommend this place I would never go there again

Friendly staff, clean vehicle, exactly the truck we reserved online for our over the weekend get away. When picking up the truck, we arrived when they had just opened for the day and it was quick, easy and had us out of there in no time. When returning we weren’t so lucky. It took a little longer due to us arriving after they had opened and customers mostly all coming back to drop off their vehicles but the staff all had good customer service. Will def. rent from here again!

Very few cars available, car had supposedly been cleaned but was dirty. Front desk did not explain patiently about insurance covering costs, etc.
