I grew up in el Sobrante...visited Red Onion often...it was great...back then. Skip to present times, I visited yesterday and it is NOT the same Red Onion that I remember! The burgers just aren't good and that "secret sauce" needs to stay a secret...hidden away...forever! But the fries and shake were good!

It's open! Food, service and owners are great! This location is truly the Original Red Onion.
