I've honestly never had a problem with them, but your mileage may vary based on what you're requiring of them. I came over here from Walgreens, which was always out of one or another of my very common medications, or just didn't have the refill ready. They gave me the wrong dosage and once even the wrong pills entirely. I've never had any problems like that with Publix, specifically this one. It's also hugely convenient to go there when I already shop there for groceries. My only gripe (a small one) is that I wish their hours were a little more expansive towards people who like to go shopping early on the weekend, but you can't cater to everyone :)

I've had problems with this pharmacy from day 1. Incomplete orders, partial fills and a general lack of friendliness. Never once had a problem with the Publix pharmacy at The Exchange
