Honestly, unprofessional with one employee. she was rushing the process. I wasn't comfortable with due to last time this happened. I got stuck with the bill of an ambulance ride to a hospital due to there rental bus breaking down during the Alex thingy and buying rushed off there bus. So definitely a zero stsr.

Shout-out to Antwana and Mirya (I probably butchered their names I'm sorry 😭) for being amazingingly helpful & professional ladies today. I have terribly small veins and neither of them fussed about it during my donation process even when it turned out I wasn't able to donate today. I've been donating for years through this company via buses and the center and have always felt safe and welcomed by the staff despite my tiny veins 💕
