Do not go to this medical facility. They act as though your in the wrong no matter what it is. They do not send referrals even if you were dying. They have excuses for everything. Customer service is a no go here. I would give them a negative 5 star if I could. Never will answer your call or return voice mail. I warn you stay away from here!

You all are the absolute WORST. My husband has been trying for two weeks to get his thyroid medication refilled. He has now been out for TWO WEEKS. He has NO thyroid. Without his medication he will crash and end up in a COMA. We called again multiple times, the pharmacy called multiple times today, and multiple times we were told you would send it over today. And here we are after hours and still no thyroid medicine. I called the after hours answering service, to be told he wasn’t even registered as a current patient and they couldn’t patch us through to the on call physician.??? You’ve been his doctor for TWO YEARS. This is the SECOND time we have done this with you all. You did this to him last year too. I’m wondering now if I’m going to have to contact a LAWYER for a thyroid refill???? There should be zero issue getting this medication. His life depends on it. He’s already begun crashing after a week. I’m so angry.
