Both Docs here are great! They are caring and efficient HOWEVER unfortunately their office staff are terrible. The phone almost always goes to vm and it usually take several messages to get a call back. They’re not helpful and they never handle the issue at that time. Very unfortunate as the Docs deserve better support.

Dr Prokos and staff are always responsive and professional, Taking time to always know their patience and history. Cindy is exceptional when it comes to promptly responding to telehealth request and processing follow up medication. Definitely five stars
