I called Seagull to help me with a Savant system and Steve came over to my place in Jupiter and walked through the entire condo and told me what I needed and didn't need. I trusted him instantly, he didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and was genuinely interested in helping me find the best performing and cost effective solution to my electronic needs.
