I took my car for an inside and outside wash. I dropped it off at 8 am and they texted us that it was ready at 3 pm. When we went to pick it up, it was not washed inside or outside. They said that the regular inside wash does not include cleaning the seats or the mats, but the car did not look vacuumed either. I pointed to the top of the car that was dirty. The manager said that was mold. I have a new car and I take good care of it, so I knew it was not true. I ran my finger on the top of the car and proved it was not mold, but dust. I asked for a refund so I can take my car somewhere else where they will actually wash it. The manager refused and was extremely rude on top of it all. This company does NOT deserve to stay in business. They don't even deserve one star.

We are 100% Handwash, we do not have any machinery in our tunnels. We are just as fast as mechanized. Give us a try, you will not be disappointed...... Please say hi to our Managers Carlton and Nery...they are wonderful people.
