Estela has been of great help for my anxiety and stress, perhaps the word hypnosis or meditation is a bit scary and is associated with losing control of something or unconsciousness, but during my sessions I never lost control of everything that happened around me. , I am grateful that Estela crossed my path since I discovered everything that my mind has to give, I learned to know my thoughts much more and how to receive them, something that I commented to her and I am interested in commenting here, is that when I started, I felt my mind like a small messy room full of furniture where I could not move and after his meditations I perceive my mind as a great vault with 2 or three calm thoughts floating through that vault, without so much anxiety or stress, of course it is not magical and life crosses us with a lot of situations, but doing the meditations now I have a lot of elements so that they don't affect me as much as before.
