The ice cream wasn’t cold enough. The tables were dirty. The workers looked tired. The water wasn’t cold enough too. I was forced to sit next to a homeless oreo 💀. Like please clean the tables☠️

I made the trip to cold stone tonight and was just a bit taken back. There were 4 workers. 3 doing front line and one in the back doing prep/dishes. There was a long line of people including the three in my party. Of the three front line workers, only one seemed to know what was even going on. The other two performed as if it was their first day. Asking several times what we wanted. Making it wrong the first time. We were polite and reminded him that the item we ordered had two more ingredients in it and needed to be in a waffle bowl. Another member of my party requested a strawberry banana smoothie. The worker then proceeded to scoop strawberry ice cream into a blender, add ice then pour into a cup. It was barely half way full, watery and just not what we ordered. He put it up on the counter and asked us to taste it to see if it was okay. It obviously wasn’t. The worker that seemed to know what he was doing stepped in and remade it for us. There was just so much disorganization and questioning of simple things I just don’t know what to say besides I hope they do some more training with these employees. I shouldn’t have to prompt a worker as to what goes into one of the main menu items.

Didn’t stand around long. The manager is impressive, knows how to train and run the helm at the same time. Not sure who she was but it was 4/2 around 4:00pm. She deserves kudos

I'm standing in here with a long line of customers. There is one guy taking the orders for the customers in line. However, he is slow and worried more about what is going on around him than actually filling the orders timely. There is a girl working who appears to be filling online orders. She is quicker but had to stop working to take a personal phone call. Then there is a third male working that comes from the back periodically to stand and talk to the other workers!! WTH is wrong with these establishments??!! This is unsatisfactory customer service!!
