New company bought out the old and I personally would not recommend anyone rent from them. Rent increased over the course of the year an exorbitant amount with nothing to show for it on the tenants end.

I have lived here approximately 4 years.During this time the hope program helped pay some of my rent.There was an agreement between Them and I and hope.No late fee's, would be charged..well they didn't hold up there end..I signed my yearly lease in August of 2022.However out of the air they had to inspect my home and sign another lease because of new owners.They gave me approximately 3 days.(i rented a 3br 2 bath that leaked and caused the floor to buckle.This took 6 to 8 months to repair the bathroom in the master bedroom. I am behind on my rent currently so instead of trying to assist me They tack on late fees and another 600 dol.for what'? No explanation whatsoever ever.i have tried to talk to Jackie for months I can never speak to her a phone call nothing.i loved living here However the rent hikes and the bs with going from a yearly lease to a monthly lease which adds another 50 dol.over all they want to do is force you to starve or do without or move.i can rent a house for the price you pay for the rent here.They literally stole money that the Hope program awarded me just by adding on all there bs fees.Thank you

Hello Ricky, We do run a background and credit check, but approval to lease in our community is based on more than just those two factors. We have a No Application Fee Special this month, so the best thing to do is contact the community and submit an application! They can walk you through the process.
