I dropped off two packages. One of the packages made it to its destination the other still is showing in possession of this location with no updated information. I called they tell me it needs to be investigated. What are you guys doing here?.

I've been receiving notification from USPS via text messages for my tracking history as an update of my parcel. Apparently, it happened at a period of time that the parcel attempted to be delivered but no recipient to collect and left notification note as what it says on text message. On the note side, I don't see anyone at my door neither a note been left in front of my door or to my mailbox. Every time this happened I called the post office, The name WILL ( spell right?) is very accommodating and professional dealing with this issue. He sees to it that been resolved in a timely manner. Really appreciated Mr. Will, you are awesome indeed. Not only 1st... While doing this review it's my 3rd time that I asked to resolve an issue in regards to my parcels. Keep it up and God bless.

Read the bottom of review for customer service insight. Very clean nice and small location. There was a line but it moved quick. The two ladies working where not helpful and polite. There is a self serve machine that no one uses. Located in downtown Covina. Just off to the side a little bit. Big problem is that the parking lot is tiny and only fits like 7 cars. Not sure how this place serves the community with such a small location. Customer service is way down here. The attendants are usually short and rude. There is 1 guy who looks in his 30s and he is amazing. All the women here could care less who you are or what questions you have. This one guy is so kind and helpful. Wish I new his name. You will normally get the same attendant which means you will normally get bad service. LOOK OUT FOR THE GUY IN HIS 30s he his super helpful. Give the man a raise. If there were more guys like him going to your local post office would actually mean being treated by your community right. Watch out with the women here they are very rude.
