This store used to be my "Go-To" store for all things shipping. As a home business I rely heavily on shipping & postage services. But there is a gal in this store (Maria) who is not only rude and unkind she lies about their services, to reflect her whim of the day. I have in the past purchased UPS & USPS services from this store and dropped off USPS mail to this store. In fact only a week ago I went in and purchased a USPS certified return receipt shipping service from them. But today I am told by Maria that they do not take drop offs any longer and do not process USPS mail. I went on the website and saw they, in fact, advertise they offer this service. Depends on who is at the counter, I guess, for which services they will or will not offer. This store will no longer be getting my UPS or my USPS shipping business.

I'm seeing good reviews if this place and I assume they are amazing IF you are able to wear a mask. I have a medical exemption and am unable to wear a mask, I used social distancing which was unacceptable, and I offered to wait outside (which i did) for my receipt of my packages I dropped off. I waited outside for a few minutes and the gal refused to bring me my receipt outside. So I went BACK in to collect it. If she didn't want me in her store you'd think walking the 15 steps to the door would be a good compromise... ?? unfortunately a personal call seemed more important than customer service... I am not confident my packages will be handled or delivered on time because of how i was treated. My treatment did not inspire confidence that she would handle my packages professionally.

Great customer service, I went to so many locations for the package , This is the best one.
