They really "managed my pain." At first I had back pain just sitting or sleeping. Not to mention standing! Not anymore. Mostly mild aches when I do house chores. But taking breaks solves this. Of course the medicine, therapy, and personal exercise makes it work! 😃

Janie Gaden, back off on the happy pills. Your gushing a little too much for your pain med doctor. On April 8, during an office visit with Kelli Whitaker, I was treated rudely and in a very unprofessional manner. Upon entering the examination room, Kelli announced that my urine had tested positive for THC. I informed her that she was incorrect and she insisted that I was indeed positive. She looked at me and said, "Did you smoke it or eat it? Did someone put it in some brownies, because I've heard that excuse before.” I found her arrogant and condescending. Again I told her she was wrong and I requested a copy of the lab results. Before leaving, I asked for some physical therapy orders to go to Peak Performance. For two weeks I continued to follow up. On April 21, I received a return call from Brittney stating that they had been waiting on the lab results to come back, that the results had come back negative, and the PT orders would go out that day. The entire two weeks she held back the PT orders. Kelli Whitaker's ignorance is topped only by her arrogance.. I sent a letter of complaint to the office manager, Adelle McClelland and received absolutely no response.

I have had no issues with the Doctors or the staff they have always treated me with the utmost respect. I only gave them 4 stars because it is hard to get through to them if you need to reschedule an appointment and they do not return calls
