Not what we expected at all. Online it shows a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, nope the pool pump was not on the pool so the pool was discussing. As for the jacuzzi, it was not working or even filled. The room was clean but the beds were hard as stone. As for breakfast, it was terrible. The cereal bowl were so small that u could not get cereal without it spilling over. The office center, computers did not work and the front desk ask me it I had internet???? I am to use my hotspot??? Do not waste ur money.

This place is just weird and disappointing. When I came to get a room for the evening, there was really loud, raunchy music playing in the lobby. The person working the front desk was not very hospitable. He didn't ask me what type to room I needed and gave me one with 1 queen bed, when I needed 2 double beds. I had to ask what room number I was in and where it was. The hallways smelled weird, and the carpets were dirty with lots of bleach stains. The room was extremely clean, fortunately. But the bath towels had a lot of dirt on them, like someone had cleaned the ceiling after stocking the towels. I received new ones from the front desk, no problem. Oddly enough, the same raunchy song was playing in the lobby. It was like a loop of the same five songs from the early 90s. I put some food from my cooler into the mini fridge, half of which froze. There was no ice machine. Our evening was quiet (Sunday). When I got up Monday morning, there was an overwhelming smell of solvent in the hallway. I went to check out the breakfast about a half hour after it opened to see if it was worth it. It wasn't. The hot water for tea was tepid. There were red delicious apples and oranges, bread, butter, some kind of mini muffins, cold cereal, milk, and oatmeal packets. There was a sign for sausages and hard boiled eggs, but they never made their appearance. The pool area was closed the whole time, but I wasn't going to use it anyhow.

Could use some updates, for sure. Dining room ceiling was leaking and falling apart. The pool room had no ventilation, there was an excessive amount of condensation and I constantly felt dripping water from the ceiling. The hot tub had gross stuff floating in the water. The floor in room felt excessively damp and there were bed bugs in my room. The smell of the place was terribly overwhelming, humid and sticky throughout. The continental breakfast was ridiculous. The orange juice was definitely beyond expiration and made me feel ill. Did I mention bed bugs? Do. Not. Stay. Here.

GROSS This hotel deserves ZERO stars. Do not stay here. A hotel should be hospital and boy was this place lacking. There was never anyone at the front desk. The elevator smelled disgusting and looked like a parking lot elevator. The rooms smelled and were out of date. The pillows were cruchy!!!! We got locked in the elevator. The front desk person is ghetto, unprofessional and overcharged us. The front desk hung up on is when we asked to be refunded when charged incorrectly. She said she was at the front desk all day and has cameras to prove it even though when I left PRIOR to check out time no one was at the front desk. CHECK THE VIDEO!!!! ITS PROVES YOU WRONG. She incorrectly charged me for a late check out. Save yourself the time money and bed bugs!! This place is gross

Silly question, how's the coffee in the dining area and room? We like a dark roast and have resorted to bringing instant Starbucks before on trips. Can you put your own coffee in the coffee maker in the room or is it those pre-packaged coffee packs?
