Good reviews must be fake. The only good things were location and the lobby is ok looking. No housekeeping during stay. Complacent Front desk staff gave me false advice sending me way out of my way (just tell me you don’t know if you don’t know) No room service available. Sub-grade beds and entire place needs an update. Restaurant not open past 10pm and no convenient food options after hrs. 20/day parking. We paid a extra for this hotel and did not expect anything extraordinary. But this lacking on a basic level. I hope this is not the new norm as I’d expect more out of most budget roadside hotels.

Great location within walking distance of the state Capitol building, shopping, museums, and great restaurants. I stayed here when freezing rain hit unexpectedly, so this was definitely a plus. I left my car at the Hilton and just spent the afternoon sightseeing on foot. I walked back once it got too cold, so I spent more time in my room than I normally would. The staff were wonderful and my room exceeded my expectations! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained but the beds are horrible. I'm sitting writing this review at 5 am because I cannot sleep. The beds are just as hard as the floor. Literally I have tested this in the last 7 hours of sleeplessness. I have never encountered a bed this hard before.

Good location but that's about it. Stayed two nights but my room was never cleaned. Had to ask the desk for new towels as several had what looked like lipstick on them. Also had to ask for replacement toiletries and sadly toilet paper which frankly should just be in the room.

Good morning Judy. Yes, we offer coffee and coffee makers as well as hair dryers in all of our guest rooms. There is no complimentary breakfast, but we do offer a full breakfast service in our ChopHouse restaurant. We have a fully accessible building. Thank you.
