I don't know why Hilton has chosen to not clean the rooms while you're staying at the hotel, but this will be my last stay at a Hilton property. I specifically asked to have my room cleaned when I checked in and when I returned to my room after being gone all day, it was not made up. I stayed at a Hilton property in Stoughton, Wisconsin a couple of weeks ago and the same thing happened. I have a reservation to stay at a Hilton in Wausau that I am going to cancel. When I am paying good money to stay at a hotel, I expect it to be cleaned, especially when I ask for the service.

Loved everything, only downfall was the advertising in the elevator showed fresh cut up fruit as part of their breakfast and they only served whole apples and bananas. May have changed post covid, just need to update their advertising.

Staff was amazing in assisting with me locking myself out of my car. They went over and beyond to help! I would do but our refrigerator didn't work and the beds were really hard. Second time going breakfast was picked over, icky coffee and extremely hard beds. Probably won't go here again. Staff was really nice, clean pool

Very happy with this hotel. It’s an older Hampton that just renovated and feels brand new. Staff, pool and breakfast all fantastic. Room was perfectly clean, not even a dusty corner. The rooms are on the small side for two queens but fit our needs for one night.
