Right when we checked in there was a "social hour" with food, wine and beer (spotted cow even!). Are you kidding me?! I didn't check out the outside mezzanine area but I think there is a pool and gazebo out there? The inside pool looked amazing and I wished I would've brought my suit. Other than the bed being ok and the original room not being cleaned (it was not on the cleaning schedule and they moved us to a new room immediately), this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at and in a great location on the East side. Compliments to management and staff for making our stay excellent and we'll see you next visit!

Nice property with updated and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good with hot food options and waffles. There was only one lady helping with breakfast (understaffed), but she was super friendly, kind, and helpful, working hard to help everybody. Two issues with this property: 1-"Airport shuttle" feature is misleading. Though the website has a "shuttle" icon and shows 7A-7P airport shuttle hours, it's only Mon-Fri and must be requested 24 hours in advance. So our "airport hotel" stay has cost us an extra $60 to/from airport and would have been better to rent a car. 2-Breakfast hours only through 900A. Seemed like a mad rush at 855A. Maybe extend out to 930A or 1000A

I understand that this place is meant for long-term stays, so I wasn't expecting anything lavish. It does leave a lot to be desired, though. I arrived in the wee hours of the morning in bad weather, and there's no awning to park under to unload, plus there are steps up to the front door. You can bypass those by walking up a hill, past ice patches to a sidewalk. After unloading, I found a parking spot over halfway around the building from the main entrance. There was an entrance there, but when I approached I found a sign saying the card reader was broken. I had to go all the way around, dodging ice patches, to get to the front again. Breakfast was pretty meager. I checked out and found another hotel for the rest of the week.

The staff at this hotel are great! Very pleasant and helpful. You can definitely tell they care to make sure you enjoy your stay. The hotel itself is very well maintained, beds are comfy, rooms are roomy. Breakfast is yummy too! I wish I could remember the woman at the front desk's name, she really went above and beyond for us. THANK YOU!
