Horrible! I never ever write reviews, but this needs to be shared. I brought my teen daughter for a few foils to brighten her look for the new school year. 5 HOURS LATER...she left in tears. No foils were done, they did an all over color and painted in a few pieces, then used a toner that made her hair even darker than when we arrived. After seeing my daughters reaction I brought my concerns to the teacher and receptionist, who didn't seem to care about a resolution. Just told us to comeback after a week. So a wasted $100 (truthfully not about the $) more the wasted time and disappointment. They offered a small "to go "container of purple shampoo and an apology. While consoling my daughter in the parking lot...students (which were amazing) seemed to emphasize more with the disappointing results than the teachers and truthfully feel they need more leadership. I understand this is a learning school, but communication was lacking and so was teaching. Never again.

Requested a followup appointment specifically with stylist I loved and trusted, waited 15 minutes while others were seated only to have an unfamiliar girl tell me she was doing my hair. No one had any explanations as to why my original appointment was not honored or changed without telling me. So disappointed, was looking forward to this and would expect better scheduling organization from a school training future professionals.
