Positive: It was very quiet overnight. I had forgotten to pack my white noise speaker, so that was very important. And the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Very happy about my stay there. I'll be back if the situation arises. Negative: Someone across the hall from me was smoking in their room. The odor was strongest when they so obviously smoked in their bathroom with the vent fan on which then filled my bathroom with the odor. It was also quite noticeable in the hallway.

I never give out one star reviews if I at least benefitted a little from the experience, but at this hotel we didn’t even end up getting our rooms (despite having booked them in advance) and had to go find other hotels at 10pm. The front desk seemed a bit disorganized and gave us a room already with guests in it, and when we returned and told them the problem, they gave us another already occupied room. When we returned again to the front desk, they told us they had no rooms for us that night. Even though we never got our rooms, the checkout process was very lengthy and took a long time. The overall rating of this place is decent and I really hope no one else will run into the same issue again.

Overall not a bad stay, great cooked to order breakfast, the rooms were clean, the beds were pretty good. The person who checked us in may have been new, he wasn't sure about how the rewards program worked, and even when we pointed out the sign on the counter about elite members welcome gift he had no knowledge, and didn't offer to find out. He also used a lot of foul language which was very unprofessional, besides that it was a good stay.

Decided to change the review since except for the front desk manager, Jennifer Carter, rest of the FD and breakfast staff were very nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Ready to make breakfast was great. I would have given 4 stars if the FD manager accommodated any my requests. First I called to check-in early and she flat out refused even though 50% of the hotel was empty. Then I had to call repeatedly to have room service, but she would not accommodate. Other FD staff were nice though and courteous.
