This was one of the most amazing experiences! The hotel is very tastefully, retro decorated. The parking garage across from the enterance is practically brand new, with nice parking space, charging stations and well lit. The amenities within the room were classy and the bathroom was to die for! Very clean facilities and friendly staff. 5 star is an understatement!

FloraWest

This was our first trip since 2019 and Zach and staff made it very special. Very warm greeting when we first arrived, despite us being not nearly as cool/hip as our surroundings and the other guests. : ) We had a great surprise to be upgraded to a suite. The decor was fun and reflected the original paint company that had been the previous tenant. Things felt fancy and fun without being pretentious or forced. Loved the shower, loved the bathrobe, loved the sheets, loved the Aveda products, loved the fridge. Going over and above, the front desk even loaned us their tape dispenser so we could finish up wrapping a wedding gift. Everyone was kind, everything was comfortable My only notes are small-would love to have Newsmax taken off the TV roster, would love for staff to wear masks. That's really it. Great experience and would happily stay here again.

i loved my stay here! we got upgraded to the awesome executive king suite, what an amazing experience as i’ve never been upgraded at a hotel before. the bed was comfy, room was quiet, aveda shower products smelled lovely with a hot shower! we had dinner & cocktails downstairs at Palette. everybody we worked with was helpful and lovely! i left the place calling my sister cause i was so excited, i had never been treated special at a hotel before but i have a feeling they treat all their guests this special!! :)

This hotel is outstanding! I travel a lot for work and I stay at hotels all around the country. This hotel however is on another level. The art work in the lobby and in the suite is unlike anything I’ve seen at typical chain hotels. The rooms are clean and staff very friendly. I specially enjoyed the free breakfast. 10/10
