These people don’t care about anyone. I’ve written a complaint several times about a doctor’s office. I think the only way that they’ll care if if all these terrible things happened to them! I’ll wait! Karma is in route right now!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. The customer services agents are so rude and NOT helpful whatsoever. I’ve dealt with different agents and they ALL are so rude, hateful, & not helpful at all. The WORST customer service ever!

The only way a nurse practitioner can do that is if they have prescriptive authority and a collaborative agreement with that physician.

My physician closed his practice, but he has not honored my request to transfer my medical records to my new doctor. What do I do now?

The physician has a requirement to do so within a reasonable amount of time. If that is not happening, you can file an online complaint with the Medical Board against that physician.
