Should be renamed Texas Worthless Commission. They do nothing to assist Veterans seeking benefits. They are working together with the VA by just ignoring Veterans and care nothing but only a paycheck from the Government.

TVC is in bed with the VA. VA refuses to provide treatment for service connected disability and TVC goes along with it. To add insult to injury, TVC employees boast how they are getting treatment from VA.

I called requesting education benefit information and the man that answered the phone was downright rude. He came across as angry as if I was bothering him. This is unacceptable for the Veterans Commission.

Take your DD214 to your nearest VA Health Care Facility and enroll. They will then issue you a VA ID.

How can I get graduation photos from boot camp without paying for it?

The Veterans Commission won't be able to help with something like that. You may want to try looking for groups on Facebook, that were in the same time frame that you graduated, or for those with the same MOS as you. Good Luck

Jose where you located? Please contact the neareat TVC office so that they can explain what's required for an upgrade. TVC can absolutely assist you. Also please review Military Disability Made Easy so you can see the requirements for the next highest rating for PTSD which I think may be 70.
