I could not be happier to have found Dr. Im!! He has helped me repair and replace the poor quality veneers done by my old dentist. He is meticulous and has great technique. I usually struggle with dentists having a heavy hand or being too rough, but not Dr. Im. He is very gentle and mindful to what of what he is doing at all times. My latest experience with Dr. Im was for an emergent root canal that was bringing me to tears. For those who have had one on the past know the pain that I’m talking about. I called ahead to notify his office, by the time I showed up the staff was on point and had a room ready, they were very kind and accommodating. Within minutes I was in a room and getting treated. Ten minutes into the procedure I was so relieved and relaxed that I ended up napping through most of the root canal procedure. :D I’d highly recommend both the facility and this dentist a 10 out of 10 if I could!! Thank you Dr. Im.
