Horrible service from the front desk. They NEVER answer the phone and will have you on hold for 45+ minutes. If you request a call back don’t even wait on it because they won’t call you. MyChart app doesn’t even let you schedule an appointment, you can only request it and they will messed you with “please call our office to check any availability” no point on getting the app if we’re still going to be on the call waiting due to “high volume calls”

I have taken my children to this clinic since birth and have always noticed the lack of urgency when incidents were to happen but things eventually were always for taken care of, but there was never a sense of urgency when it was an emergency.last weekend my son has an accident at football practice and had signs of a fractured elbow, I was referred to the orthopedic doctor, and was told to wait 4-5 days for them to contact me! 4-5 days is way to long of a wait if a child has a fractured bone! then I was ordered to take him to the ARA for an immediate X-ray, I took him for the X-ray but was not contacted with results. still currently waiting for results, my child isn’t allowed to attend school without instructions from the MD . Multiple message sent to the provider on the MyChart app and not one response. The lack of urgency and compassion for their child patients is beyond me! definitely changing providers!!!
