Your right and I believe we're all are but what having a degree has to do with anything also who's to say that the one's that useto work in the office year's ago didn't have a degree or the one's work there now having a degree don't make that person better then the next a person can have a degree but if they don't know anything aboumanagement then it's still a waste Maritza is awesome and I think she do an amazing job but at the end of the day KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!

Who take care of the sewage us as homeowners or the property owners also since the Property Manager gone they needs to make Maritza the Property Manager I just love her and she's there for everybody and make sure everyone needs are met we all need

Why are certain people being harass by the landlord concerning people living in their household that's not on their lease when that's majority of the neighborhood including her own household also why is the neighborhood becoming a racist one

Can't say for sure.... as I rent and don't own mine is a combined rent that includes lot and rent. Usually pay on a monthly basis for a two bedroom, two bath with a screened in patio about $598/$625 (which fluctuates because of water/sewer charges/usage. The trash is usually $10/15 a month but is already figured out and added to the monthly rent.) Surely hope this helps out. I must say that though there isn't a community on the premises, it's still a pretty awesome place to live!!

Well Allison, I'm fairly confident their not selling. They have been doing extensive up grades and moving in multiple new homes. So unless they file for bankruptcy I'm sure we will still be here.

Why does nobody go around like they use too and p/u all the trash that is just blowing around in most all of the park. Putting in new trailers doesn't suddenly make this a nice place.

NO! With trash p/u and water/sewage it's over $400.

Do you have any 2 /3 BDRM for rent at about $500 including the lot rent? Also any fixer uppers or best offers. There was a brown one up front around corner from office with screened in porch/sliding doors in front corner lot. Is it available 4 sale

My Trailer is owned as well and every year I get charged but it be over $10 and if I can remember begin January the 1st it will be $20 not understanding why everyone different and do it go up just for the one's that own there trailer
