My Trailer is owned as well and every year I get charged but it be over $10 and if I can remember begin January the 1st it will be $20 not understanding why everyone different and do it go up just for the one's that own there trailer

Good luck! I own my home but lot rent for me is over $400. This does include water/sewage and trash pick-up. And they raise rent every year by at least $10.
