Why are certain people being harass by the landlord concerning people living in their household that's not on their lease when that's majority of the neighborhood including her own household also why is the neighborhood becoming a racist one

I just think, the neighborhood hood is a average neighborhood, your not in a gated community well it's a gate when you first get in, lol but actually the manager had her picks in oak park, if you ever got on her bad side you was never leaving, but she gone now so maybe the replacement is better with communication and understanding situations. But if your neighbor house got broken into in the middle of the day it probably was a neighbor watching the house, I'm just saying. Everyone ain't nice as they seem..

Well ya know Doris this park has taken a punch in the gut over the last few years. Many home owners that had been here for years have packed up and left. The management has larger issues they need to address but it's just not happening. My neighbor got broken into during the middle of the day. I've been waiting since July for them to fix sewage problems.
