I tried to be nice an patient but this girl was completely clueless. Quite possibly the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. Be warned, although the website advertises one woman, there are apparently multiple people here. For whatever reason, they don’t seem to think this is unethical. This creates an awkward interaction when you are expecting an experienced Thai Masseuse and you get someone fresh out of school. It would be nice to make sure that people understood this, because it was quite difficult to get the young masseuse to work with me on my issue as opposed to her following the things she was taught in class. I originally booked at 7:00 after being directed to their hours and website. I booked and get a message saying I have to come at 5:00. If I wanted a massage at 5:00, I would have scheduled it then. These people seem to believe that the scheduling process is only for them. Like I am incapable of having a schedule or availability. Update: I definitely will not be back. While the poor masseuse did everything to dismiss me from the moment I spoke, apparently the owner has the same mindset. Instead of posting a response, she elected to text message me on my private number. Let me be clear, we do not have that level of communication and it is completely unprofessional for you to message me to argue of behalf of your poor service. Messaging me about how “tired” you are is pointless. This is your business and your job. If you are tired, lessen the hours and take less appointments. Don’t complain to new customers who follow your guidelines only to hear,” I am tired and only want to massage my friends “. The clueless girl in my massage literally grinded into my bone for 15 minutes, claiming she was working out a knot. So I directed her to where the knot was and she responded as if she was being attacked. The underlying theme of classism and racism was prevalent in every interaction. Any question I asked, I was treated like some idiot who knows nothing. Well, I’ve had Thai massages in Thailand, German, Las Vegas, Arizona and places in between. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had and half of those places I visited weren’t even legit massage parlors. Save your money unless you are willing to deal with getting last minute swaps on your provider, and want to deal with these people using your personal phone like a gossip line. Imagine being treated like you are somehow a threat when you are just trying to get a massage. That’s what this place is. If you are afraid then get security. But treating me like I’m “dangerous” is unacceptable. Apparently if I was small and white they would have NO PROBLEM. You deserve every bit of this 1 star.

My husband and I have been here a few times and even though it's about a 25 min drive from where we live, it is always worth it. We spent time in Thailand and this place is definitely on par. Our most recent visit we were massaged by Anya and Anyale and they were incredible. Not only very friendly and welcoming, but also ensured we left fully relaxed and recovered from our strenuous activities. (We both we weight train and climb). Will be coming back here time and time again!

Worst experience I have ever had at a massage place. Do NOT go there, The lady was so mean and can not speak English. She keep yelling at me she does not like to do massage, it’s no fun. To her response, I have been in Austin 55 years. I have dates Asian women, Love all people. She was having a bad day and was not happy. BEWARE!!!!
