I found Special Addition when I was expecting identical girls and needed a twin nursing pillow. I found a nursing pillow on their website that I wanted to purchase after so many moms of multiples recommended it, but I came across a problem when trying to access a coupon for new customers. I reached out to Special Addition on Facebook, and Deby got back to me right away, offering to help me via phone. Not only was she very kind and helpful in getting my order placed with the new customer discount, but she also offered to switch the plain grey cover on the pillow to one of the extra, cool black and white covers she had on hand that I liked better; which was so awesome. My order was shipped literally the next day and I was sent tracking and order info to my email. People like Deby make the potentially stressful craziness of shopping for twins, super easy. No wonder their nursery gliders and recliners are all sold out; they are a great store to shop at both in person and online. Thank you so much for your help, Deby, and for offering such great customer service!

They sell some of their items online and they're very nice, professional, and helpful. They take their time to address your needs and their items are top quality. I was blessed to be well endowed with extra on my chest and they catered to my size!! The bra is soft and comfy and just in time for when i am due!
