I wish if there was negative stars that I can give . Waiting for 4 and half to see a doctor in the emergency room 😡

7hr wait on a “slow night” followed with a laugh by the front desk worker. Triage nurse was absolutely dismissed and clearly hated her job. Hope they get better staff.

Left you the message you requested, and as expected you never called back. Luckily we were able to get to St David's and get treated, we've been there for 5 days and will likely be there for another 4, apparently not sick enough for Dell Childrens. I wish I could lower this star rating. Cannot wait to get your bills. I think I might simply hand them to an attorney. Don't bother with another response.

My sister and brother and law were there with both of my nephews and I literally had to call FROM COLORADO to find out what the heck is going on and why they have been wait for 7 HOURS from 11pm to 9am with a 4 years old and an 8 month old with HIGH fevers. Why do I have to call from another state to get a straight answer. Upon other reviews this hospital needs a reset with higher standards. Do they not know what I high fever in an 8 month old can cause????? It’s pretty serious and if this causes long term damage to my nephew it’s not going to be pretty legally. I advise you Texans to make sure this hospital gets the reset that it needs because even though times are tough and there are a lot of places short staffed, the experience my sister had is unexplainable. To have nurse saying “Idk” and not giving an eta or at least how many people are ahead on the list is ridiculous. I’ve had my negative experiences in hospitals but I’ve also had very positive experiences so it’s not impossible to have people that care in a hospital to make sure you and your family are taken care of. I’m honestly disgusted.

If you go on the Dell website there is a donate button for online donations. If you want to give $10k or more there is a planned giving link in there with a contact person's phone number.
Mylar's are allowed. Latex balloons are not
You can still call and ask. There may be alternative ways to volunteer. :)
That can be dangerous for your baby, it's best to visit the pediatrician
Yes
Hmm. Get well soon
Sorry to hear but a lot of people had same issue
I think it’s not straightforward
Mostly yes
We are following local and state government and health department guidelines for COVID-19 vaccine distribution. For the first doses of vaccine available, front-line healthcare workers have been prioritized. As vaccine appointments are made available in your community, additional information will be shared. Answers to frequently asked questions can be found on our website at ascension.org.
If you have questions about your care, are looking for your closest Ascension Seton location or want to let the team know you’re on your way when seeking emergency care, the one-call line is the right option for you. Our Patient Access Representatives will listen to understand your questions and concerns, help connect you to the right options for your care and assist in scheduling your care if needed. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or dial 9-1-1.

During regular business hours just go to the hospital, check in with security and tell them you want to donate and they'll walk you over to the respective departments.
Yes, they can help you at the reception with that.
Call the main line and just ask who to get in contact with to volunteer. You may also be able to do it online.
someone knows where they can have them
Medical questions need to be answered by the hospital itself or some other medical staff. Sorry
I say you talk to the hospital and ask them.
If you are going to the er, yes...
You will be going to the Specially For Children building at 1301 Barbara Jordan Blvd. The entrance is the first right between that building and the Ronald McDonald House. Take the right and the parking garage is straight ahead. Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics is on floor 3 in Suite 300. Hope that helps some!
Not sure. I'm sorry
