Horrible experience. My wife's first visit was with the assistant Melissa. Melissa was not friendly or polite, and she argued with my wife about her deep pockets that were filled decades ago after adult braces (Melissa said all 14 of them were cavities), and she said that she will have to live with her cavities or use fluoride. My wife made it clear that we don't use fluoride. That was after Xrays were taken, and even before she looked at her teeth and gums. My wife asked to be let down out of the chair, Melissa refused, so my wife had to start crying to be let out of the dental chair. My wife has never left a dentist in tears before, but today's first visit here with Melissa was so bad it caused her to leave even before meeting the actual dentist.

For over 15 years I've trusted my dental care to Dr. Rayne. Her staff is always caring, authentically welcoming and friendly - her hygienist is superbly skilled and Dr. Rayne has to be one of the most caring dentist in town. Her knowledge is exceptional, her dentistry top notch and her practice impeccable.

I wish I would have been able to see the procedure done on my tooth and gums yesterday on a Go-Pro! From the outside my tooth looked normal. When I saw the before, during and after photos they took during the procedure I was stunned, awed and amazed. I had a cavity at the gum line and into my tooth at the base. My gum grew into the cavity covering its visibility. When I saw the photo that revealed the cavity once the gum was lasered off, I couldn't believe it. It was this large gnarly big black decayed hole which was previously concealed to the eye by the gum. Dr. Rayne was so gentle and thorough. She utilized a number of safety measures to protect from infection including ozone. She is like a dental master artist who saved and restored my tooth. Even though the procedure took much longer than initially anticipated, I was charged only the original estimate and not a cent more.

Dr. Rayne has been in an accident and other Dentists are helping out. I had no problem reaching the office last week.

Do you have anything like a website, something that gives details about your holistic practice? Thank you!
