I sent this "business" my family's information for a simple direct deposit months ago, I've 3 way called with my caregiver representative multiple times and have contacted my congressman for my county to help expedite the process of something as simple as a direct deposit update, I have had no help, I've been hung up on today by an employee named Erica after asking for a supervisor to speak with to which she responded to me by laughing at me then hanging up on me while I was explaining that we are behind financially and struggling to support our little ones during a turbulent enough time. After telling my partner this he said the exact same Erica hung up on him when he tried to ask for OUR information status because we were struggling to survive. As a caregiver for a veteran I have never been more concerned to how these soldiers of war are being treated and how much this business is getting away with verbal abuse. I'm contacting someone higher than a congressman today because with how this Erica person has made us feel which is suicidal, helpless, etc. Is not what veteran's are calling for and allowing employees to laugh at service members is disgusting and she should have been fired the first time.

It took me bout 3 months from Oct tht helps to get payed
I was told mid january...it is going to be january for what i see...
That was Faust info Robert! They are the ones who are responsible for issuing the money! The same place we sent our paperwork back to. Not sure why they are not answering any of these concerned questions that we are requesting about! All we want is some kind of time frame same thing they asked of us (to return the paperwork).
Haven't heard of any retired or former VA employes that have received sat back pay.
Would be great if a letter was sent from Austin Tx stating they received my info concerning sat premium pay. How do i know they received my papers in the mail?
There may be a payment that needs to be issued to you. Your VA vendor file may need to be updated. A debt may need to be paid.
Whick department?
Yes we'll actually Thrift Savings Plan Which is very similar
It depends. There are many stipulations that can change your payment such as children and spouses. Look online by searching VA disability compensation payments and you will find the most up to date information.
I havent but they emailed in the middle of april saying allow up to 6 weeks for payment but nothing yet
I see where R.Lewis received check after 120 days.God Bless you. I am closing in on your time period 10-06-2017-02-12-2018.
Got our letter just 6 wks ago the responses l am reading dont hold my breath. we went direct dep!! a number l can call
Getting ready!!!! When??? How did you speak 2 them? I've been wondering if mine was already sent but somehow got lost or stolen out of my mailbox. How do you find out f you're 1 of those in that 2nd batch of checks? My old payroll clerk who just happens 2 b 1 of my mountain neighbors was told they're sending out letters again 1st? And that was supposed 2 have been started on the 16th. Still no letter...... Seems 2 me they r just giving different answers 2 people just 2 pacify so we'll just keep waiting & waiting &&&& waiting.
Did it come to you yet because i have the same scenario and i still have not heard or seen anything
I just got mine today 👍 I'm in Arizona
Got a letter August 2017 and it is now March 2018 and have not heard anything
To be honest i don't thk.so
Yes..need to have the right address
I really don't think no one knows when checks will be issued . It's just a waiting game
Contact ur pay roll office where u worked...give them ur new address...they will change it
You must call and report a change of address to the location you were employed at. I am retired and changed my address online when I moved but it does not work for payroll issues.
