I came in and wanted to see how much a pair of sunglasses would be with prescription. Spoke with Chris. Told him which pair I wanted and I wanted to know how much would it be with insurance. He told me that he doesn’t know until he puts in all my information. I told him I was very interested in getting a pair and was willing to give him all the information he needed and I just wanted to know the price. He said “if you aren’t going to buy anything than you are wasting my time.” Is this really how you talk to your customers? I will take my business else where.

I like the selection, prices and warranty BUT customer service is non existent. I called to see if my glasses are ready, they rather to spend 10 minutes on the phone making sure you know they are busy instead of taking 1 minute to check their computer. Took me over 2 hours to wait in line to drop off my prescription 8 days ago and still no idea if my order is ready.

Staff is focused, detailed, and diligent. Might take a little time, but they want to make sure each customer is getting exactly what they want. Good selection of eyewear, and their being an optometrist in-house means this is a one-stop shop for glasses or contacts. BTW, the optometrist has all the latest diagnostic equipment, including retina photography.

Do you have to be a member of costco to use their vision services

Yes. But I suggest using someone else even if a member. Especially if you need progressive lenses. The employees are not well trained in aligning the focal points, nor in adjusting your glasses to fit properly.
