UPDATE: Dr Lynch reached out to me fairly quickly, took a look at my glasses and sent them back for the “thinner lenses” she was so attentive, caring, and made sure I liked them before I left the second time. She kept in touch with me, and honestly I was really impressed with how the problem was resolved. corporate company’s would never do that! Dr lynch, thank you so much for actually caring about your patience and how they feel , and being quick to respond! I thought I would try this vision place since it is literally around the corner from my house. Actual eye appointment was great. I ordered glasses, got the glasses and the glasses lenses were so thick! They blonde older lady was nice at first when I told her I didn’t like them, then became very rude when I wanted to change the frames. My insurance covers $150 for frames the ones I picked were $120 which means I have $30 left, if I want to get another frame. The blonde older lady told me I could change the frame BUT I could not get one over $120 which is wrong cause my insurance covered up to $150!!! The lady said my lenses were thick cause my RX which I understand, but how do I have 2 other pairs of glasses that don’t show the thickness? I even brought them up here and they still didn’t care! Then they said “well there’s different options for the thin lenses” BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THAT OPTION. The Dr was good but the staff to help you pick out glasses SUCK they just want to sell, don’t care, don’t tell you all info and then get rude with you! Won’t be back, don’t give them your or your insurance money. I’m calling to dispute with my insurance

I was in need of a new eye doctor, my longtime optometrist retired recently. Tech Ridge Vision stood out after seeing all the frames posted online, as well as a friend’s recommendation. Everything from making the appointment, the appointment itself, to receiving my glasses was simple. The ladies at the front are friendly and recommended I do their new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment, so check in was immediate. Dr. Lynch takes her time to get to know her new patients, making me feel at ease. She asked me my hobbies, my visual demands at work, how much screen time I average, she made the exam very personal. All my questions were answered and she explained each step of the exam, never making me feel rushed. Everything was cleaned, they are doing a great job with hygiene during covid, I felt very safe. There is a large selection of glasses and pricing is very reasonable, the sales lady was very helpful selecting a frame that fits my small face, that’s always a challenge. Insurance benefits for glasses are always very confusing to me, but it was explained as simply as possible. I will highly recommend this practice and plan to be an ongoing patient!
