Not U.S. Army Veteran friendly. Three months in and I am still waiting for them to process my LCSW reciprocity application. Most of my emails are not responded to and when they are responded to, they don't respond to my questions. Tried calling but their phone line always hangs up on me.

so I have been very disappointed with service. I do get an email that says the agency got my e mail but no one has called to help with the new process to renew by SW license. I need to walk through the renewal or at least someone to send me the application with fonts large enough to read. I still need help as we speak. Mark Culver

I started the renewal process in December, completed all required training sessions and fingerprinting, paid my fee, which cleared my account, but I have no indication that my license has been renewed,

I've been having that issue too. Every time I call I get "all our lines are busy, please call back at a different time." and then the call disconnects.
I also been waiting since February 2020 and still no luck getting anyone on the phone. The last email I received was in April (6 months ago). The automated response says they are no longer providing phone service—email only.
They aren't accepting "visitors" at this point.... Trust me, I tried.
