I went to Austin Emergency Center because I was having chest pain. They entire medical staff was very comforting and professional.They assessed my condition,ran three EKGs and three blood tests. The EKGs we're clear but the third blood test showed slightly elevated triponin levels of .1. They saved my life by having me transported to St. David's Round Rock hospital. After a Stress Test and Cardiac catheterization a 90% blockage was found in one my carotid arteries. The blockage was cleared and stented. God was truly guiding me when I chose Austin Emergency Center! I may not be alive had chosen a different medical emergency center. I can't thank the wonderful nurses and doctors that saved my life enough for their their love, concern and very thorough evaluation of my medical emergency! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! May God bless the awesome medical team at Austin Emergency Center!!

They do take insurance, but be aware they are an ER. Check to see how your provider handles that service.
